Annual Fire Escape Maintenance
We perform a thorough annual service to verify that all the fire escapes and drop ladders are certified and in good working order.
CA-SB326
SB 326 focuses on the proactive inspection of EEEs, including wood-framed balconies, decks, walkways, stair landings, and similar structures that extend beyond a building’s exterior walls and are more than six feet above the ground.
5-Year Fire Escape Inspection
In accordance with (IFC Section 1032.2.1.3), we conduct a visual and load test inspection every five years to verify the structural strength of fire escapes.

We inspect all exterior elevated elements made from wood or wood-based appendages for water intrusion to ensure they are structurally sound.
